Application procedure

You will receive a confirmation email once your expression of interest has been received and processed onto the waiting list. If Wā Ora has non-preference places to offer, successful applicants will be notified in term four.
The waiting list runs on an annual basis January to December. All remaining names will be removed at the end of the school year, and applications reopen in January. If whānau decline the offer of a non-preference place for their child, they can re-apply to be on the waitlist for the subsequent year.

Privacy Policy

We will use and disclose your child’s information only in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. Under the act, you may request access to, and correction of, the information, at any time. Details about your child’s identity will be shared with the Ministry of Education so that it can allocate a national student number for your child which will be used for research, statistics, funding, and the measurement of educational outcomes. The information is held at Wā Ora Montessori School, 278 Waddington Drive, Naenae, Lower Hutt.
