Join us for parent drinks to start the new year!!!

A few of us have been chatting about how it would be good to have more social time to connect as a community. As our kids get older we are less involved (and are often highly embarrassing to them!) so it’s harder to connect with other parents, especially for families new to the school. We are going to organise some regular social events, parents only! It’s a chance to get to know each other,  to discuss how the kids are going and share some of the stories and challenges we all go through as parents of teens. Some teachers may join us but only in a relaxed social context, it is not a parent teacher interview setting 🙂

Come along for our first event in January, have a drink and a chat before the year gets going.

Where: Upstairs in High School (Tāwari)
When: 6pm Friday 29th January
What to bring: Nothing, the school is supplying, beer, wine, juice and nibbles.
