Permanent Yr 8-10 Teacher (Intermediate / Junior High School)

Wā Ora Montessori School in Lower Hutt is seeking a generalist teacher to teach in an exciting and innovative integrated programme for 12-15yr olds. You will possess New Zealand teacher registration and have prior experience teaching at an Intermediate or Junior High School level with subject knowledge in Social Science and Science areas. Specialist knowledge in the Technology curriculum (soft/hard tech or food) would be advantageous. You will be inspired by the chance to teach your subjects in a modern, hands-on learning environment.

A willingness and ability to take part in special instruction appropriate to the Special Character of the school is also a condition of appointment and if successful, Montessori training will be required and sponsored by the school in return for a bond.
