Permanent, Full Time Montessori 6-12yr Teacher

Wā Ora Montessori School is an Area School based in Lower Hutt, Wellington, catering for approximately 300 children and is the only Montessori School in New Zealand that nurtures the child from 0 to 18years. We are a community based school with close connections to our whānau (families).

We require a face to face Montessori trained 6-12 teacher with experience teaching at the 6-9 level (Yr1-4) to join our friendly staffing team. You will be enthusiastic, motivated, committed to the highest quality of Montessori education and love sparking the imagination and excitement of this age group.

Applicants must have or be able to gain New Zealand teacher registration and a valid work visa would be advantageous, however not a requirement. Experience, willingness and ability to take part in instruction appropriate to the special character of the school is a condition of appointment.
